Refund & Return Policy

At Pawfect Friends, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns  
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at Galvez060811@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will provide instructions for the return process.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products that have been used may not be eligible for return.
